  • Reporting to: Manager/ Supervisor

WHAT YOU DO

  • Undertake tasks related to professional expertise:
  • System monitoring: Monitor the operating status of equipment and systems to ensure they are operating properly.
  • Reporting: Prepare regular reports on the operating status of the system and any incidents that have occurred.
  • Documentation updating: Ensure that instructions and procedures are fully updated and accurate.
  • Improvement recommendations: Make recommendations to improve work processes and system performance.
  • Submit weekly/monthly/quarterly work reports.
  • Manage documents, create forms and procedures for the department according to company regulations.
  • Perform other tasks as required by the direct manager
    WHAT WE REQUIRE
  • Graduated from college or higher in Engineering, Electrical, Mechanical … or related fields
  • Priority is given to candidates with experience in monitoring systems, software for building engineering, shopping malls …
  • Basic English, reading and understanding documents.
  • Good MS Office skills
