JOB SUMMARY

  • Work location: AEON MALL Tan An
  • Working time: Work in Shift
  • Report to: Site Manager.

WHAT YOU DO

  • Coordinate with technical supervisors to operate, maintain, and service equipment in the M&E system for the entire shopping mall/building (Electricity, water, air conditioning, escalators, elevators, fire protection, wastewater treatment, …)
  • Contractors: supervise, accept, prepare payment records, … for contractors and customers in accordance with regulations.
  • Promptly propose and implement solutions to handle system-related incidents, in order to minimize accidents and losses (if any);
  • Coordinate with supervisors on: training new employees, supporting shift scheduling, …
  • Perform tasks as required.

WHAT WE REQUIRE

  • Male, graduated from college/university majoring in electricity/industrial electricity/heating and refrigeration.
  • Has at least 2 years of experience as a manager/supervisor/assistant chief engineer in the field of building maintenance engineering, shopping malls
  • Good office computer skills, being able to use English is an advantage
  • Good team management and problem solving skills
  • Enthusiastic, responsible, able to work under high pressure
