JOB SUMMARY

  • Work Location: AEON Mall Canary Binh Duong (HCMC)
  • Working Time: Work in shift
  • Report to: Supervisor

WHAT YOU DO

  • Assist and support customers in getting shopping carts and baskets.
  • Collect empty shopping carts and baskets from different areas in the shopping mall and return them to designated collection points, ensuring no carts or baskets are left scattered and affecting the mall’s appearance.
  • Arrange and replenish shopping carts and baskets in designated areas according to regulations (before, during, and after the mall’s operating hours).
  • Clean and sanitize baskets, baby strollers, and shopping carts periodically or when necessary to ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and safety for customers.
  • Participate in end-of-day inventory checks to ensure that no carts or baskets are lost from the shopping mall.
  • Clean and remove trash from shopping carts and baskets daily before the mall opens.
  • Report work progress to the team leader/supervisor.
  • Provide enthusiastic customer support when requested or when necessary.
