On the morning of November 8, at the green campus of MIDORI PARK SQUARE, the “AEON Hometown Forests” tree-planting program took place in a vibrant and meaningful atmosphere.
The event was organized by BECAMEX TOKYU in collaboration with AEON Vietnam, marking an important milestone in the journey toward sustainable development and the vision of creating a living environment that is green, clean, and harmonious with nature.
The ceremony welcomed the participation of representatives from government agencies, media units, AEON Vietnam staff, partners, and AEON Delight Vietnam as invited guests. Together, participants helped spread the message of green living and joined hands in environmental protection for future generations.
Each tree planted during the event not only contributes to a more beautiful landscape but also symbolizes unity and the shared aspiration to build a more balanced and sustainable living environment for the community.
Launched in 1991, the “AEON Hometown Forests” initiative is associated with community tree-planting activities at new AEON store locations. To date, the program has planted more than 12.7 million trees worldwide, including 114,000 trees in Vietnam, demonstrating AEON’s long-term commitment to environmental protection and its positive contributions to sustainable community development.
