JOB SUMMARY
- Work Location: ACM Building (HCM)
- Working Time: Work in shift
- Report to: Manager/ Senior Manager
WHAT YOU DO
- Supervise and manage all activities related to building operations.
- Supervise and manage ADV staff working at the project site.
- Support the development of operational standards for building management.
- Participate in selecting service providers if required by the Investor.
- Handle daily customer requests related to building operations.
- Direct and oversee building management, operations, security, and safety.
- Ensure all building technical systems operate stably and efficiently.
- Ensure all building equipment is maintained and serviced according to the planned schedule.
- Prepare periodic reports on work progress and operational activities (weekly, monthly, quarterly, yearly) based on the actual situation at the project.
- Supervise inspection, maintenance, and repair plans for technical systems.
- Manage and supervise service delivery from outsourced contractors.
- Represent the Investor (when authorized) to work with local authorities and the Export Processing Zone Management Board.
WHAT WE REQUIRE
- Graduated from College/University, preferably in Engineering or Management majors.
- At least 3 years of experience in building operation management/supervision, especially in shopping malls or commercial buildings.
- Proficient in office computer skills and work reporting.
- Strong problem-solving and team management skills.
- High sense of responsibility.
- Able to work in shifts, including holidays and public holidays.
- Basic English communication is an advantage.
