JOB SUMMARY

  • Work Location: AEON Mall Thanh Hoa (Thanh Hoa) / AEON Mall Ha Long (Quang Ninh)
  • Working Time: Shift-based schedule
  • Report to: Supervisor

WHAT YOU DO

  • Manage and monitor the service quality provided by contractors to the company.
  • Prepare monthly and weekly work plans.
  • Assign tasks to team members based on the established plans.
  • Prepare and submit periodic reports to clients regarding monthly cleaning plans.
  • Participate in meetings with internal departments or clients when required.
  • Prepare quotations when necessary.
  • Manage and input monthly materials/supplies.
  • Respond to customer emails and inquiries.

WHAT WE REQUIRE

  • Preferably candidates with at least 2 years of experience in cleaning services or related fields, especially in supermarkets, shopping malls, or commercial buildings.
  • Basic communication skills in English or Japanese are preferred.
  • Experience in team management and staff supervision.
  • Hardworking, enthusiastic, and willing to commit to long-term employment with the company
