JOB SUMARY

  • Location: AEON Tan An,
  • Working time: Work in shift
  • Reporting to: Supervisor/ Manager

WHAT YOU DO

Assist the Cleaning Supervisor in managing cleaning operations at the shopping mall, including the following tasks:

  • Implement the department’s work plan by assigning tasks to staff.

  • Directly perform cleaning tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

  • Promptly propose and carry out solutions to resolve any cleaning-related incidents at the mall.

  • Supervise, inspect, and evaluate the performance of staff or contractors.

  • Maintain and safeguard machinery, equipment, chemicals, and cleaning tools, ensuring no loss, damage, or waste.

  • Prepare and submit work reports to the supervisor.

  • Work shifts: Morning shift from 5:00 AM to 2:00 PM; Afternoon shift from 1:30 PM to 10:30 PM.

WHAT WE REQUIRE

  • Male/Female, from 23 years old, high school graduate or higher.

  • Previous experience in industrial cleaning or in the hospitality industry (restaurant/hotel) is an advantage.

  • Hardworking and honest.

  • Proficient in using basic office computer applications.

  • Good communication skills.

  • Able to work in shifts and rotate shifts.
