JOB SUMMARY

  • Working location: Ho Chi Minh Office
  • Working hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Reporting to: Manager

WHAT YOU DO

  • Perform tasks related to operational control related to technical services, pest control, LCC, digital transformation system (related to RMC system), internal and external customers.
  • Monitor & conduct new customer surveys, make estimates and send quotations to the Sales department.
  • Control costs according to annual budget targets.
  • Find and evaluate new suppliers, diversify suppliers.
  • Supervise maintenance contractors & prevent risks to the system.
  • Perform annual leave calculation at sites using ADV people.

WHAT WE REQUIRE

  • Requires 3 years or more of experience.
  • College or University degree in Industrial Electricity/Refrigeration/Electricity/Electronics.
  • Honest, hard-working, respectful to colleagues & customers.
  • Decisive, quick to report and handle work.
  • Related experience: (a plus)
  • Air conditioning management (Repair & Maintenance, and Installation)
  • Asset management
  • Fire safety management
  • Factory hygiene management & consulting
