JOB SUMMARY
- Working location: Parc Mall
- Working hours: Shift (7 hours/day, 6 days/week)
- Report to: Supervisor
WHAT YOU DO
- Receive, process and report customer feedback cases
- Support & answer information for Customers
- Control items
- Detect unsafe conditions for items and promptly contact relevant Departments for support.
- Detect and proactively support and coordinate with customer security patrol staff in reassuring lost people, supporting customers with health problems/disabled people…
- Announce on loudspeakers about customer support notifications, lost child notifications, store event notifications, notifications for car owners, notifications about theft prevention in stores… when requested.
- Support some tasks related to accumulating points to redeem gifts
- Manage Elocker cabinets
- Manage and hand over lost money and vehicle cards to relevant parties.
- Coordinate with relevant parties to promptly resolve customer service related incidents
- Clean and maintain 5S at the Information Desk, customer service break room, ensuring neatness and order.
- Perform and summarize business reports
- Other related tasks as required by superiors.
