JOB SUMMARY
- Work location: AEON MALL Thanh Khe
- Working time: Work in Shift
- Report to: Site Manager.
WHAT YOU DO
- Manage and supervise the activities of the customer service and trolley staff
- Plan training, evaluate work performance and propose process improvements
- Coordinate with relevant departments to handle feedback, lost items and arising situations
- Ensure service quality at the information desk, trolley area and customer contact points
- Make periodic reports on service quality and team performance
WHAT WE REQUIRE
- College degree or higher in Customer Service, Administration, Tourism, Restaurant – Hotel or related
- Have at least 2 years of experience in a similar position, preferably working at a shopping mall, supermarket or hotel
- Communication skills: Use polite language, gentle gestures, friendly eyes.
- Good situation handling and team management skills.
- Proficient in office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Priority is given to candidates with good communication skills in English or Japanese
