Eco And New Solution Supervisor

JOB SUMARY

  • Location: 97 Nguyen Van Troi Street, 12 Ward, Phu Nhuan District, Ho Chi Minh City
  •  Working time: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM.
  • Reporting to: Manager

WHAT YOU DO

  1. Undertake tasks related to professional expertise (Energy saving & new technology field – electricity and water systems of buildings, shopping malls, factories, etc.)
  • Collect and update information on projects related to energy saving, technology changes at AEON Malls or other projects.
  • Search for new partners, events, conferences, and perform registration procedures.
  • Support analysis, research and development of related software, utilities, and technologies.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of green energy & new technology projects.
  • Find ways to optimize operations to achieve goals.
  • Manage information and work with related subcontractors.
  • Make weekly/monthly/quarterly work reports.
  • Manage documents, build forms, and departmental processes according to company regulations.

2. Training new employees and other tasks:

  • Support training new employees.
  • Implement Kaizen improvement activities to increase work efficiency, safety in operation, improve quality, save costs…
  • Other tasks as required by management.

WHAT WE REQUIRE

  • Graduated from college or higher in the fields of Automation Control, Refrigeration/Electrical Engineering.
  • Priority is given to candidates with experience working in manufacturing plants. In charge of optimizing the electrical and water systems of the factory or production line.
  • Basic English, reading and understanding documents.
  • Good MS Office skills, reading AUTOCAD drawings.
