Aeon Delight Japan (ADJ) offers an opportunity for ADV Facility Staff to work in Japan through the following program:

  • Become an official employee of ADJ with salary and benefits according to ADJ policies.

  • Participate in a 10-year intensive FMS training program and obtain a Specialist Certification accredited in Japan.

  • Become part of the management team after gaining work experience and completing the training program.

Recruitment Requirements:

  • Current Facility Staff at ADV, under 30 years old

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering

  • High willingness to learn

  • Strong compliance and commitment to work

  • Commitment to completing the training program and planning a long-term career at ADJ

Program Timeline:

  • Submit your application via the Application Link before October 10, 2025

  • Interviews will be held around mid-October 2025

  • Successful candidates will attend a 6-month Japanese language course at a language center designated by ADJ (all tuition and dormitory costs will be covered by ADJ)

  • Start working in Japan: Q2/2026
