JOB SUMMARY

  • Work location: AEON MALL Binh Tan
  • Working time: Work in Shift
  • Report to: Site Manager.

WHAT YOU DO

  • Support the Site Manager in managing the operation, maintenance and repair of M&E equipment for the entire shopping mall (Electricity, water, air conditioning, escalators, elevators, fire protection, wastewater treatment, …).
  • Advise customers (external/internal) on solutions to resolve problems arising related to professional operations.
  • Receive and respond to customer complaints about maintenance, repair and maintenance at the shopping mall.
  • Guide, assign and supervise the work of staff or service contractors.
  • Arrange work schedules, timekeeping, and resolve issues related to Human Resources in the department.

WHAT WE REQUIRE

  • Male, graduated from college/university majoring in electricity/industrial electricity/heating – refrigeration.
  • At least 3 years of experience as a manager/supervisor in the field of maintenance engineering, priority given to maintenance experience in buildings and shopping malls
  • Good office computer skills, being able to use English is an advantage
  • Good team management and problem solving skills
  • Enthusiastic, responsible, able to withstand high work pressure
