JOB SUMMARY

  • Work location: North Management Office: 27 Co Linh Street, Long Bien Ward, Ha Noi
  • Working time: Monday – Friday, 8:00 -17:00
  • Report to: Supervisor

WHAT YOU DO

Participate in the setup of new AEON MALL projects.

  • Compile, develop, and share technical documentation related to operational activities (procedures, standards, and technical system guidelines) for the team involved in new projects.
  • Develop maintenance plans and maintenance budgets for technical systems (M&E, HVAC, Fire Protection & Fire Fighting, water supply and drainage), in accordance with AEON MALL standards and operational requirements.
  • Propose operational improvements to enhance efficiency, optimize costs, and ensure the safety and stability of technical systems.
  • Provide consultation, analysis, and support in resolving technical inquiries for relevant stakeholders (internal project teams, contractors, and operation teams).
  • Participate in project management and subcontractor management, including monitoring progress, quality, and safety, and coordinating the resolution of technical issues arising during the setup and implementation phases.

WHAT WE REQUIRE

  • Graduated from College/University with a major in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical & Electrical, Water Supply and Drainage, HVAC, Construction, etc.).
  • Basic knowledge of project management, construction, and building technical system operations.
  • Knowledge of occupational safety and Fire Protection & Fire Fighting (FP&FF) is an advantage.
  • Proficient in office applications: Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Able to use technical software such as AutoCAD (reading, reviewing drawings, and making basic edits).
  • Good skills in data consolidation, reporting, and working with multiple stakeholders.
  • Good communication and on-site coordination skills.
