  • Report to: Site Manager

WHAT YOU DO

  • Manage & coordinate the activities of the service security team
  • Participate in interviews and professional training for employees
  • Supervise and ensure service quality, behavior, and compliance of employees according to requirements
  • Coordinate with local authorities and police to handle and resolve security and safety incidents for supermarkets
  • Support and advise internal/external customers on related expertise
  • Report work periodically/ad hoc to customers, Site Management when requested

WHAT WE REQUIRE

  • Male, Female, graduated from College/University in any major, priority given to Security, Police
  • Have 2 years of experience in security supervision, managing a group of 5 – 20 people
  • Good health; can work in shifts, Holidays/Tet
  • Good communication, problem solving skills
  • Microsoft Office skills
