JOB SUMMARY

  • Work location: AEON MALL Thanh Khe
  • Working time: Work in Shift
  • Report to: Site Manager.

WHAT YOU DO

  •  Monitor the fire prevention and fighting system (PCCC) at the shopping mall, ensure stable operation and proper procedures
  • Periodically check fire prevention and fighting equipment: fire extinguishers, fire alarm systems, sprinklers, technical electrical cabinets, etc.
  • Coordinate the organization of fire prevention and fighting drills, training in incident handling skills for employees
  • Handle emergency situations related to fire, explosion, technical incidents or building safety
  • Work with authorities when inspections or incidents arise
  • Prepare periodic reports on the status of the fire prevention and fighting system and propose improvements

WHAT WE REQUIRE

  • Male / Female from 30 years old or older, graduated from College or higher in engineering, electricity, mechanics, fire prevention and fighting or related fields
  • Have at least 2 years of experience in technical supervision or fire prevention and fighting at buildings, shopping malls, hotels
  • Understand the legal regulations on fire prevention and fighting, have a certificate Fire prevention and fighting skills are an advantage
  • Quick situation handling skills, good communication, high sense of responsibility
  • Proficient in office software (Word, Excel)
  • Priority is given to candidates who can communicate in basic English or Japanese
