JOB SUMMARY

  • Location: AEON Mall Long Bien, 27 Co Linh, Long Bien, Ha Noi
  •  Working time: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
  • Reporting to: General Manager

WHAT YOU DO

  • Service quality control at all AEON shopping mall systems
  • Check and evaluate compliance in operations; monitor the organization of activities of the responsible department
  • Build, update and improve the training document system, standards, operating procedures, organization plans, and provide general operating services at the Site.
  • Set goals/processes for work improvement for the responsible department.
  • Support related operations.
  • Support in response to suppliers.
  • Work with partners and customers; survey, research and analyze opinions and needs.
  • Quality management at the site (Image, style).
  • Perform other tasks: Periodic inspections at the Site.
  • Support the preparation for new malls.
  • Collect and summarize reports on operations at the Site by week/month/quarter.
  • Perform other reports as required by the job.

WHAT WE REQUIRE

  • Graduated from College/University or higher.
  • Have at least 2 years of experience in a similar position (Customer Service).
  • Able to use basic English communication at work.
  • Agile, hard-working and proactive at work.
  • Good at using office computer (Word/Excel).
  • Can handle pressure well.
