JOB SUMARY
- Location: Aeon Mall Celadon Tan Phu
- Working time: Work in shift
- Reporting to: Supervisor/ Manager
WHAT YOU DO
- Manage and store office documents.
- Handle office supply orders, printer rental, backup, and drinking water for the office.
- Answer and return calls, handle documents, and forward them to relevant parties. Send documents and arrange express delivery when necessary. Organize and manage meeting rooms.
- Search for suppliers, compare prices, and make proposals or send quotations to customers as requested for office supplies, equipment, and walkie-talkie rental services.
- Manage documents (quotations, purchase orders, handover records, drawings).
- Supervise waste management tasks such as collecting daily waste data, storing, and reporting to clients.
- Compile daily operation reports from all departments and send them to clients.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by superiors.
WHAT WE REQUIRE
- College degree or higher.
- Male/Female, aged 22 and above.
- Minimum 3 months of experience in administrative, assistant, or secretary positions.
- Dynamic, enthusiastic personality with a desire for long-term development.
